A FinTech client engagement staffed with 16 FTE in Poland, Lithuania and Georgia.
02 Challenge
Different countries meant different contracting rules and onboarding logistics, and the client controlled the hardware.
03 My responsibility
I led the operational setup of the engagement over a two-month setup period.
04 Approach
- Coordinated contracts and onboarding logistics per country
- Worked through client-controlled hardware and local setup constraints, including local equipment setup
- Phased the rollout so teams started working as constraints were cleared
05 Result
The engagement was set up and staffed to 16 FTE across the three countries.
