Engagement models

The format follows the problem

Some problems need a defined project. Some need a manager for a few months. Some need someone steady alongside the team. Here is how each works.

Format 01

Project-based engagement

A defined task, result and scope, agreed in advance.

  • Delivery stabilization
  • Process improvement
  • CRM or internal tool implementation
  • Workflow automation
  • Presales process improvement
  • Project setup and recovery
Best when the problem is concrete and the end state can be described.
Format 02

Interim / fractional management

Temporary or part-time ownership of a management function.

  • Interim Delivery Manager
  • Fractional Head of Delivery
  • Project / Program Manager
  • Delivery Operations Lead
  • Resource & capacity management

These names describe possible formats, not titles I have previously held.

Best when a role is vacant, a function needs fixing, or leadership is needed without a full-time hire.
Format 03

Long-term collaboration

Continuing work on projects, operations and delivery improvements.

  • Ongoing delivery oversight
  • Operational improvement over time
  • Systems that evolve with the business
Best when the need is ongoing and trust has been built.
Also considered

In-house leadership

I also consider suitable long-term management positions inside companies, including permanent roles.

Worth a conversation when the role carries real delivery or operations responsibility.
How it starts

From first conversation to handover

A short conversation

You describe the situation. I ask questions and tell you plainly whether and how I can help.

Scope and format

We agree the format, boundaries and what a good result looks like.

Work in the open

Regular check-ins, visible risks, decisions written down.

Handover

Documentation and a clean transfer to your team, or an agreed next phase.

Practicalities

I am based in Poland and work with companies across Europe, mostly remotely, with on-site days where they add value. Scope, rates and contract form are agreed individually for each engagement. I do not publish a price list, because the right format depends on the problem.
